VILLA KATY

Villa Katy is located in Sevid, small touristic destination in the heart of Adriatic . It is new , modernly furnished villa with 6 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom and balcony , specious kitchen with living room on the ground floor . All rooms in villa are air conditioned . Kitchen is equipped with coffee machine , microwave, oven , big fridge with freezer, dichwasher . In the living room are TV-SAT and for the youngest Play station 4. There is a gratis wi fi access to internet . Villa can accomodate 12 persons .

Next to the villa is grill place , pool and sunbathing area with sun loungers and terrace from where you can enjoy in the magnificent sea view and take with you in a memory many great sunsets .
